Sausagemeat & Chestnut Stuffing

Description:

Not as good as previous years I think better quality sausage meat was needed

Ingredients:

• 1 large onion, chopped used a smallish onion
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed used no garlic
• 1 tbsp (15g) chopped parsley yes
• 2 tbsp (30g) chopped sage yes
• 1oz (25g) fresh white breadcrumbs useda bit less mixed white and brown
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1lb (450g) good quality sausage meat 700g of waitrose essential

Method:
